FamilySearch expanded its free online record collections in the first week of January 2024. with over one million new indexed family history records from countries all over the world including more records for an expansive database from the world's cemeteries in Find-A-Grave Index. Hundreds of thousands were added to collections for Italy, and tens of thousands of records were added for Brazil, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ireland, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, South Africa, the United States, and Zimbabwe.
